Hi, my name is Shima. I have always loved cakes and had a passion for baking since I was young. I taught myself from books, internet and friends. I often made cakes for colleagues, friends and seeing all their happy faces after having my cakes made me ever so jubilant. One day I realised how much I enjoy of this pleasure and said to myself this could be my next adventure. If not now, when!
I run my business at home, in South East London, from a sweet little kitchen that I designed myself. I specialise in baking Japanese swissrolls, the signature “matcha mascarpone raspberry”, the classic “matcha cream azuki”, everyone’s favourite “mont blanc” and specials like “banoffee” or “eton mess” which have been influenced by British style desserts.
